Your Scope

This is a temporary assignment of 1 year.

As a Specification Officer, you will play a crucial role in harmonization and creation Ardo product specifications. While working on the specs you will be supporting the group ambition to achieve SKU rationalization in close collaborate with other group departments. Your key responsibilities are: 

  • Harmonization of Ardo label specification: collection data from current local specifications and other sources like website and local ERP systems. Working closely together with local quality teams.
  • Specification management: creation of Ardo label specs in excel tool.
  • Preparing proposals for SKU rationalisation in close collaboration with supply chain and NPD.
  • Follow up necessary changes and updates in group master data in close collaboration with Group master data team.

Your profile

  • Master in Food Science or Business Engineering or equivalent.
  • You pay attention to detail and are committed to maintain high levels of data accuracy and integrity. 
  • Excellent communication skill to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment.
  • You are very result oriented and always strive to find more efficient and effective ways to get things done.
  • Good analytical skills and good knowledge of excel is a must.
  • You are fluent in English. Knowledge of French, German, Dutch or Spanish is an asset.
