As a Food Replenisher (Purchasing Assistant) you are responsible for the smooth operation of the purchasing department where you are responsible for the vendors and items assigned to you.

What does the job involve?

  • You are responsible for calling off products from several assigned suppliers.
  • You receive purchase requisitions via an ERP system, review these critically and convert them into purchase orders.
  • You send the purchase orders to the supplier, follow up on the orders in the system and check the confirmed delivery date with the vendor.
  • If necessary, you align with the transport department and customer service within Ardo.
  • In the event of a mismatch between invoice and delivery, you find your way in solving the issue. 

We are looking for a Supply Chain professional with the following qualifications:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree with a strong interest in Supply Chain. 
  • You quickly feel at home in an ERP environment (knowledge of SAP is a plus)
  • You have excellent knowledge of the Office package (focusing on Excel)
  • You work very accurately, with a good level of stress-resistance.
  • You operate solution-driven and connect easily with different stakeholders internal & external. 
  • You speak Dutch and English fluently.
