Continuous Improvement Lead Sales

  • Your main objective is to lead the continuous improvement within the commercial team (strategic projects, operating model, business rules, standards, new ways of working, tracking ….)
  • You assess, monitor and enhance business performance for our commercial organization
  • You establish continuous improvement goals/objectives and overall direction
  • You network with internal and external resources to bring best practices into the organization
  • You act as the PMO for all commercial key continuous improvement projects
  • You implement changes in workflows, structures and teams and ensure by good follow up & successful end -to-end implementation
  • You are a excellent communicator able to drive & manage both business analysis and project implementation
  • You develop training materials, ensure education and transparent communication
  • You are a key commercial stakeholder in a number of functional improvement and transformation projects (SAP, Salesforce, SKU rationalisation, …)
  • You are able to create metrics, deployment goals and objectives to drive accountability throughout the organization and coordinate projects cross- functionally
  • You lead the implementation of key initiatives from start to completion throughout the entire sales process
  • You provide input and feedback to key leadership positions about process improvement opportunities
  • A master’s degree in Business Economics or a related field.   
  •  5+ years of experience in sales, business analytics, preferably in the food industry or FMCG.   
  • Excellent project & stakeholder management skills, pragmatic & hands-on
  • As a true entrepreneur, you see opportunities and formulate concrete actions to continuously improve efficiency and way of working.  
  • Persuasiveness and clear communication  
  • An analytical mind with a strategic ability  
  • English proficiency, Dutch, French a plus
  • Willingness to travel
